• 07:45 AM: Meet at Saigontourist office, 102 Nguyen Hue Street, Ho Chi Minh City.

• 8:00 AM: Walk to the nearest bus stop for bus number 1. Board bus number 1 and travel to the stop at 390 Tran Hung Dao

• 8:45 AM: Begin walking tour in Chinatown (District 5). o Explore the gold fish street. o Then walk through the narrow alleyways and traditional shops selling Chinese herbs, textiles, and handicrafts.

• 10:00 AM: Continue walking tour. o Visit Chua Ong, a Chinese temple in the area. o Discover the unique architecture and cultural significance of the temples. o Explore the street food stalls in a local market and try local Chinese-Vietnamese snacks & cake.

• 11:00 AM: visit a long-standing coffee shop having been in operation for many decades. The coffee is prepared using traditional methods, "vợt" (cloth filter) method, which is a disappearing practice in modern coffee culture.

• 12:00 PM: Take bus number 1 from Dai Quang stop -68 Chau Van Liem back to the center of Ho Chi Minh City, and get off at a stop near 102 Nguyen Hue Street.
