According to hotel regulations in the U.A.E, children from 11 years old and above are required to use a separate bed. Guests are kindly requested to pay the extra bed surcharge for children aged 11 and above.

• English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide
• Passport issuance fees and re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreign passport holders.
• Beverages during meals (beer, spirits, etc.), telephone, laundry, and excess baggage charges as per airline regulations.
• Medical expenses, hospital fees, and other personal expenses not mentioned in the program.
• Tips for guide and driver: VND 170,000 per guest per day.

Important Notes

• Ramadan observance period: From February 17, 2026 to March 19, 2026.
• Tours departing during this period will not include belly dance performances and alcoholic beverages will not be served, in accordance with local regulations and cultural practices.
• Guests are kindly requested not to separate from the group throughout the tour.
• In case of suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection, guests must comply with local quarantine and treatment regulations and cooperate with Saigontourist Travel and local health authorities.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date. Dubai visa processing requires a minimum of 15 working days.
• Guests are required to submit 01 passport-sized photo (4cm x 6cm, white background) taken within the last 3 months.
• Guests under 21 years old must provide a copy of their birth certificate.
• Full family or group relationship details are required for U.A.E visa processing.
• Guests are not allowed to separate from the group during the tour. Any request for separation must be informed at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
• Guests aged 70 and above must provide a medical fitness certificate issued by a doctor and be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old (in good health).
• Additional premium travel insurance is required (fee varies depending on the tour).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to flight schedules, hotel availability in Dubai – Abu Dhabi, and will be officially confirmed at the group briefing 2–3 days prior to departure.
• In case the minimum group size (10 guests) is not met, Saigontourist Travel reserves the right to reschedule the departure date.
• If guests are unable to join the new departure date, a fee of VND 3,000,000 per guest will apply.
• Tour cancellation must be processed in person at Saigontourist Travel office
• (45 Le Thanh Ton Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) with valid ID and payment receipt.
• Cancellation requests via phone are not accepted.
• Pregnant guests must inform staff at the time of booking.
• Saigontourist Travel does not accept guests who are 5 months pregnant or more.
• In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, riots, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations), Saigontourist Travel will refund the tour cost after deducting incurred expenses such as visa fees and will not be liable for any additional compensation.
• Guests are advised to carefully read the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms before booking.
• In case 1 adult travels with 1 child under 12 years old, the child is required to pay 100% of the tour price (separate bed).

A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be fully paid at least 20 working days prior to departure.

(Cancellation period is calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays):

Guests are kindly requested to carefully review the tour booking terms.

In case of cancellation after the deposit is made, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Cancellation or tour change from 30 days to 20 days prior to departure:

➝ 90% of the total tour price will be charged.

Cancellation or tour change from 19 days to 24 hours prior to departure:

➝ 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

In the event that a guest is denied a visa for any reason, a visa processing fee of

VND 3,000,000 per guest will be charged.
