We'll then meet our chef at a local restaurant and embark on a hands-on cooking class, mastering the art of preparing Banh Xeo (Vietnamese pancakes), famous spring rolls, and Tam Huu salad.

We'll arrive at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, where we'll learn about the daily lives of Vietnamese fishermen and their families. We'll board traditional boats and cruise along the Cua Dai River, joining local fishermen to experience round net or cast net fishing. We'll then learn how to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats, exploring the serene coconut-palm flanked waterways while hearing tales of the region's wartime history.

We'll relax and transfer back to your hotel by bicycle or the meeting point, or if you're returning to Da Nang, a comfortable car will be waiting.
