* Tour inclusive:

• Round-trip airfare, including airport taxes, airline fuel surcharge, and security fees.
• Accommodation in local 4-star hotels (equivalent to international 3-star), based on twin-sharing (2 persons/room, 2 single beds).
• All meals, beverages (as specified), entrance fees, and sightseeing per itinerary.
• Transportation throughout the tour as per program.
• *Vietnamese speaking tour guide (accompanying the group throughout) and local guides.
• Saigontourist gift set: Travel bag and hat.

* Tour exclusive:

• English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide.
• Passport application fee and re-entry visa for non-Vietnamese passport holders.
• Personal expenses: alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, spirits) during meals, phone calls, laundry, excess baggage as per airline policy.
• Medical expenses, hospital fees, and any personal services not mentioned in the program.
• Gratuities for tour guides and drivers: 180,000 VND/person/day.

 Important Notes:

• For single room requests, a single supplement fee will be applied.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese must bring both passports (if holding dual nationality) and a valid Vietnam visa (sticker or loose-leaf) when joining the tour.
• Guests must follow the tour itinerary and are not permitted to leave the group. For special requests to travel independently, please inform your sales representative at the time of booking to confirm availability and any additional costs.
• Guests 70 years and older must provide a doctor’s certificate confirming fitness to travel internationally and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years of age. Seniors are also required to purchase additional travel insurance (cost may vary depending on the tour).
• The tour itinerary may be adjusted due to flight schedules or actual conditions. Hotel arrangements in Hong Kong will be confirmed during the pre-departure meeting (2–3 days before departure). Hotels may be located outside the city center during peak seasons but will meet the promised standard.
• Cancellation policy does not apply to public holiday or Tet (Lunar New Year) departures.
• If cancelling the tour after payment, please visit Saigontourist’s office (45 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, HCMC) with your ID and payment receipt. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
• Saigontourist does not accept bookings from pregnant guests over 5 months for international tours.
• In the case of force majeure (weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, pandemics, flight delays/cancellations due to weather or technical reasons), Saigontourist will refund the tour fee after deducting actual service costs (e.g., visa, hotel, airfare) and will not be responsible for additional compensation.
• If one adult travels with one child under 12, the child is required to pay for a separate bed.
• If the group does not meet the minimum of 10 guests, Saigontourist reserves the right to reschedule the departure or refund 100% of the amount paid.

Tour Cancellation Policy:

(Cancellations are calculated based on working days; weekends and public holidays are not included.)

• If the tour is cancelled after deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
• 35–40 working days before departure: 50% of total tour cost will be charged.
• 25–34 working days before departure: 70% of total tour cost will be charged.
• 10–24 working days before departure: 90% of total tour cost will be charged.
• 9 working days or less before departure: 100% of tour cost will be charged.

In the event of visa rejection by the Consulate, a visa processing fee of VND 3,000,000 will apply.
