At 5:00 PM, guests gather at Nghinh Luong Dinh, where the reception team warmly welcomes guests aboard the cruise. Please note: guests are responsible for their own transportation and are kindly advised to arrive 10 minutes early.

17:30 . Begin journey

Cruise journey begins as the boat gently sails along the poetic Perfume River. Guests can relax and admire the peaceful scenery on both riverbanks while enjoying the romantic sunset atmosphere of Hue City.

17:30 - 18:30 . Dinner

Guests indulge in a contemporary Vietnamese fine dining experience, savoring refined local flavors thoughtfully crafted with a modern culinary touch.

18:30 - 19:30 . Enjoy traditional folk songs

Guests enjoy a Ca Hue chamber performance – a refined expression of Hue’s intangible cultural heritage, featuring traditional melodies and elegant musical artistry along the tranquil Perfume River.

19:30 . Return

Cruise returns to Nghinh Luong Pavilion

20:00 . Disembarkation

Guests disembark and make their way back to shore. The program concludes with heartfelt farewell wishes and sincere thanks to our esteemed guests

* Policy for children:

- To ensure the safety of guests when experiencing the services of Ngu Thuyen Hueritage, refuses to accept guests under 6 years old.

- Children from 6 years old to under 10 years old are charged at 80% of the adult price.

- Children from 10 years old and above are charged the same as adults.

- All children participating in the NguThuyen Hueritage experience program must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the service to ensure safety and compliance with operational regulations.

Cancellation Policy

* Fewer than 6 guests:

- More than 15 days before departure: No cancellation charge.

- From 14 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

- From 9 to 4 days before departure: 70% of the total amount will be charged.

- Within 3 days before departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

* From 6 guests and above:

- More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge.

- From 45 to 31 days before departure: 25% of the total amount will be charged.

- From 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be charged.

- From 14 to 7 days before departure: 70% of the total amount will be charged.

- Within 6 days before departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
