According to local regulations, hotels in China do NOT allow extra beds in standard rooms. If you require this service, please contact our travel consultant to check availability of family rooms and pay the applicable surcharge.

• High-speed train ticket from Beijing to Suzhou (group ticket).

• English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide.
• Passport issuance fee and single room supplement.
• In case the group visa is not approved, guests will need to pay an additional fee for individual visa processing in Ho Chi Minh City.
• China visa issued in Ho Chi Minh City – additional visa fee applies for foreign passport holders.
• Personal expenses such as beverages (beer, soft drinks, etc. during meals), phone calls, laundry, and excess baggage fees per airline regulations. Vietnam re-entry visa fee for foreign passport holders.
• Medical expenses, hospital fees, and any other personal costs not included in the program.
• Tips for local guides and drivers: 180,000 VND/ person/ day.

Important Notes

• If a group visa is issued and the traveller decides not to join the tour, Saigontourist Travel is required to cancel the visa as per consulate regulations.
• For foreigners or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all passports (if holding dual nationality) and valid Vietnam visa (stamped or on a separate sheet) upon joining the tour.
• Group integrity is required. Guests wishing to leave the group must inform the tour consultant prior to departure and pay a separation fee.
• For single occupancy, a single room supplement applies.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
• Guests aged 75 and above must present a medical certificate confirming fitness for international travel, and be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old in good health.
• Guests aged 80 and above are required to purchase premium travel insurance (cost varies by tour).
• During peak travel periods, accommodations may be outside city centers but will maintain the promised hotel standard.
• Itinerary order may be adjusted based on local conditions without omitting attractions.
• To cancel a tour after payment, please visit the Saigontourist Travel office at 45 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, HCMC, in person with your ID and receipt. Cancellations via phone are not accepted.
• Pregnant guests (5 months or more) are not allowed to join international tours.
• In cases of force majeure (weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, epidemics, airline issues, etc.), Saigontourist Travel will refund the remaining balance after deducting actual service costs (e.g., visa fees) and holds no further liability.
• If 1 adult travels with 1 child under 12, the child must occupy a separate bed and pay the full child rate with bed.
• If the group fails to meet the minimum of 10 guests, Saigontourist Travel reserves the right to reschedule the departure or refund 100% of the tour payment.

Deposit & Final Payment

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 working days before departure.
• Please carefully read the tour conditions before confirming. Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
(Working days only. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.)

• After deposit: Deposit is non-refundable.
• 35–40 working days before departure: 50% of total tour price charged.
• 25–34 working days: 70% of total tour price charged.
• 10–24 working days: 90% of total tour price charged.
• Within 9 working days before departure: 100% of total tour price charged.
• Visa Refusal: In case of visa rejection, a visa handling fee of 4,000,000 VND will be applied.
