8:30 - 9:30 . Visit Bat Trang Ceramic Village

Bat Trang Village is located about 13 kilometers from Hanoi's city center. It is famous for its traditional ceramic-making techniques and vibrant pottery.You'll explore the village's workshops, see artisans at work, and have the chance to try making your own ceramic pieces. Visit the Bat Trang Ceramic Museum to learn about the history of the village and the pottery-making process. Spend some time shopping for unique ceramic items, ranging from decorative pieces to functional products.

10:00 - 11:00 . Visit Ha Dong Tissue Village

After Bat Trang, head to Ha Dong (around 10-15 minutes from Bat Trang) to visit Ha Dong Tissue Village. Ha Dong is renowned for its traditional tissue paper products, especially the famous "Lá Dong" tissue paper, which is made from the leaves of the dong tree. Visit a local workshop to see how tissue paper is made by hand and its various uses in local crafts and decorations. You'll also have the chance to purchase some beautiful handmade tissue paper goods.

Explore the incense-making process, where you'll see locals creating incense sticks by hand, from rolling the sticks to dipping them in various aromatic powders and oils. Learn about the importance of incense in Vietnamese culture, especially in religious and cultural ceremonies. If you're interested, you can even try making your own incense to bring home as a souvenir.

15:30 - 16:30 . Return to Hanoi
