- Overseas Vietnamese travelers using a visa to enter Vietnam
Exemptions:
Vietnamese passport holders
Transit passengers (not entering Vietnam)

- Submit personal information before arrival in Vietnam
- Present a QR code confirmation upon successful submission
- Show this QR code to immigration officers at TSN upon arrival
This requirement is part of an updated immigration control process designed to improve efficiency and reduce waiting times at the airport.
