A group of more than 30 French travelers landed at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi on January 25, or the fourth day of this lunar year, to begin their 11-day tour passing through Vietnam. They are our company’s first international guests to come to Vietnam this Lunar New Year by air.
These French tourists will visit Vietnam on a special itinerary, designed specifically to give tourists learn more about the local history and cultural features; discover culinary experience and daily life of local people in the destinations.
Today, after arriving in Hanoi, they took one-hour pedicab ride around to the Old Quarters, visited Co Loa Citadel, Literature Temple and stopped at Ong Do street to experience the atmosphere of welcoming the Lunar New Year. They will head for Quang Ninh Province tomorrow morning to visit the UNESCO-listed Ha Long Bay.
In central Vietnam, they will explore a heritage-rich tour, which takes in the picturesque Huong (Perfume) River in Thua Thien-Hue Province and the ancient town of Hoi An in Quang Nam Province.
On the final days of the travel program, the French visitors will spend time in Ho Chi Minh City dropping by the well-known Cu Chi Tunnels and in the Mekong Delta exploring the exotic Cai Be Floating Market./.
