These terms and conditions are an agreement between Saigontourist Travel Service (STS), you and third party's website for using payment online on the website: www.saigontouristvietnam.com.

- "Terms and condition" means these terms and conditions between STS, customer and third party's website.
- "The third-party" means STS's partner that supports payment online service.
- "Electronic ticket" (e-ticket) means customer's information and the itinerary issued by STS.
2. Use of the website
This Website is operated by STS and this Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. You may only use this website to search for information, make legitimate reservations or purchases. You agree that shall not use this website for joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and STS and any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
None of the trademarks, logos, service marks and the content or data displayed on this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmit, distributed, or modified without the express written permission of STS, except that you may download, display and print one copy of the materials presented on this website on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Privacy and Your Personal Data
It is required that you provide your account and personal details for payment online.
For your personal data: STS totally respects your right to privacy; therefore we only use your personal data that has been given for the purposes of making bookings and providing confirmation of your reservation. STS will provide only your name and check-in/check-out date that will be issued on the e-ticket to hotels in order to make your reservation. You will receive our events, promotions and preferential price if you acknowledge and agree that STS can use your personal data for the above purposes. Our administration system is located within our own firewall protected internal network, thus your personal data will be protected in privacy. However, STS will provide your personal data to the government as the request for conforming to the law.
For your account: These payments are not collected data by STS directly but by the third party (STS's partner). As secure delivery of your credit card information is essential, the third party uses security technology which supports by MasterCard Secure Code authenticate your credit card, ensuring that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order.
4. The linking websites
This website has a linking to third party websites, this only supports and offers a secure server for your credit card payments and STS should not take responsibility for the information usage policies of the operators of these websites.
5. Online Payment
You will be required full payment at the time of booking. When making your booking, you should quote the credit card number from which payment is to be taken. Once your booking has been made, you will be sent confirmation by email. Please check that all the details agree with what you have booked. The following cards are accepted for payment: JCB, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
6. Cancellations and refund
Certain accommodation and tour products will apply additional cancellation charges.
For tour products: All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. Any cancellation fee is charged dependent on each tour that you have booked. These cancellation conditions and costs are located under the pricing on the individual pages and will be clearly advised to you in writing at the time of booking.
Refund: STS provide refund for the cancellation following the cancellation policy. In order for a refund to be approved, you must have a signed refund request form that must be completed in writing and made direct to us. The refund amount will be transferred to your account which you used for payment online after deducting the cancellation fee. The refund time will be made within 20 working days.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process depends on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office, it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
