• Children from 2 years old to 12 years old       : 75% adult price (one bed with parents).

• Round-trip airfare, airport security fees, fuel surcharges, and airport taxes at both ends.
• 04 nights at local standard 4-star hotels, based on twin sharing (02 persons per room).
• Meals, beverages, sightseeing entrance fees as specified in the itinerary.
• Transportation according to the program.
• Saigontourist tour leader throughout the journey and local guides.
• Saigontourist gifts (backpack, neck pillow, cap, etc.) and VAT.

• English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide
• Passport issuance fees and Vietnam re-entry visa fees for foreign passport holders.
• Beverages (beer, spirits, etc.) during meals; telephone, laundry, and excess baggage charges as regulated by airlines.
• Tips for tour guide and driver: VND 120,000 per guest per day.
• Medical expenses, hospital fees, and other personal expenses not mentioned in the program.

Important Notes

• Due to early ticket issuance requirements during the Lunar New Year peak period, if the remaining balance is not fully paid 20 working days prior to departure, Saigontourist reserves the right not to issue group air tickets and will consider the booking as voluntarily canceled. Any later payment will be subject to additional surcharges for individual air tickets, subject to seat availability.
• Single room requests are subject to a single supplement charge.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Foreign nationals and overseas Vietnamese are required to carry all valid passports (including both passports in case of dual nationality) and a valid Vietnam visa (sticker or loose-leaf) when joining the tour.
• Guests are required to follow the itinerary and must not separate from the group. Any request for deviation must be informed at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
• Guests aged 70 and above must provide a medical fitness certificate issued by a doctor and be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old in good health. Additional premium travel insurance is required.
• The itinerary may be adjusted depending on actual conditions (flight schedules, weather, transportation, etc.). Final hotel confirmation will be provided during the pre-departure meeting, 2–3 days before departure. During peak seasons, hotels may not be located in city centers but will still meet the program standards.
• Cancellation policies do not apply during public holidays and Lunar New Year. After payment, guests wishing to cancel must present their ID card and payment receipt directly at Saigontourist Office (45 Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
• Saigontourist does not accept pregnant guests from 5 months onward for outbound tours.
• In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations due to technical or weather reasons, etc.) resulting in the tour being unable to continue, Saigontourist will refund the tour cost after deducting incurred service expenses (e.g. visa fees) and bears no further compensation responsibility.
• In the case of 1 adult traveling with 1 child under 12, the child is required to book a separate bed.
• If the minimum group size (15 guests) is not met, Saigontourist reserves the right to revise the tour price and notify guests accordingly.

(Cancellation period is calculated based on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays in both countries)

• Cancellation/change after deposit payment: Deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation/change from 30 days to before 14 days prior to departure: 90% of tour price will be charged.
• Cancellation/change from 14 days to within 24 hours prior to departure: 100% of tour price will be charged.
