Seaplane Check-in Procedure

Hai Au Aviation recommends that passengers arrive at the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before departure time. The check-in counter will close 15 minutes prior to departure.

Passengers are required to present original identification documents for check-in (passport/ID card/birth certificate for children).
