Ticket Cancellation / Change Policy

• Cancellation ≥ 48 hours before departure:
  ➤ 80% refund, minus a 25,000 VND fee per ticket.
  ➤ Service fees are non-refundable.

• Cancellation < 48 hours before departure or on public holidays:
  ➤ No refund or ticket changes allowed.

• Late arrival / missed departure:
  ➤ Ticket is void, a 20% cancellation fee applies, and a new ticket must be purchased for the next trip.

• Tickets during holidays or Tet:
  ➤ Changes and cancellations are generally not supported.
