Itinerary

  • Day 1 . HO CHI MINH CITY – CAI BE – AN BINH ISLAND – HOMESTAY (Lunch, Dinner) - Tour with guide

    07:30 – Pick-up from hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Depart for Cai Be (~2.5 hours drive). 10:30 – Arrive in Cai Be. • Board a boat and explore the Mekong River. • Visit the ancient church of Cai Be. • Cruise through small canals under shaded mangrove trees. • Stop at local orchards to taste fresh tropical fruits while enjoying traditional Southern folk music. 12:00 – Continue to Tan Phong Island. • Start a biking trip through village paths. • Discover local daily life: orchards, schools, pagodas, and traditional houses. • Visit local workshops to see how villagers make products from water hyacinth (baskets, bags, hats, etc.). 13:00 – Lunch served at a local homestay on An Binh Island. 14:30 – Visit Ut Trinh / Ut Quynh / Ut Binh homestay. • Walk or bike around the village. • Visit local workshops: rice paper, coconut candy, popped rice. • Enjoy tea and homemade sweets. 17:30 – Join the host family to prepare dinner. • Learn to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes. 19:00 – Dinner and overnight at homestay. Evening: Free time for dinner and leisure.

  • Day 2 . AN BINH ISLAND – RED KINGDOM – VINH LONG – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Lunch) - Tour with guide

    07:30 – Breakfast at homestay. 08:00 – Mekong boat trip. • Visit floating fish farms. • Explore local brick kilns and learn traditional brick-making techniques. 10:00 – Visit Vinh Long Market. • Capture authentic local scenes. • Discover fresh seafood, fruits, rice, fish, vegetables, and local products. 11:30 – Continue to Red Kingdom (Mang Thit – Hoa Tinh area). • Explore traditional brick villages along canals. • See how locals make bamboo trays, bamboo baskets, and handicrafts. • Optional biking or walking through Hoa Tinh village. • Visit old brick kilns and take photos of the unique heritage landscape. 13:00 – Boat continues along Long Ho canal. 14:30 – Return to Vinh Long and transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. 17:00 – Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City. End of tour.

    Children policy:
    Children from 1 month to 5 years old: free of charge.
    Children from 6 years to 10 years old: 80% of adult’s price.
    Children from 11 years old: 100% of adult’s price.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

    • After booking confirmation: 10% of total tour fare
    • Within 2 days before departure: 60% of total tour fare
    • Last-minute cancellation or no-show: 100% of total tour fare

    NOTES

    Guests are present at the pick-up point 15 minutes before. Guests arriving late when the bus has departed or canceling the tour without prior notice will be charged a fee such as 'cancellation on departure day'.
