* Tour exclusive

• English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide
• Passport issuance fees and Vietnam re-entry visa fees for foreign passport holders.
• Beverages (beer, spirits, etc.) during meals; telephone, laundry, and excess baggage charges as regulated by airlines.
• Tips for tour guide and driver: VND 120,000 per guest per day.
• Medical expenses, hospital fees, and other personal expenses not mentioned in the program.

Important Notes

• Due to early ticket issuance requirements during the Lunar New Year period, if full payment is not completed 20 working days before departure, Saigontourist reserves the right not to issue group airfare tickets and considers the booking voluntarily canceled. Any later payment may incur additional surcharges for individual airfare if seats are available.
• Single room requests are subject to a single supplement.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese guests must carry all passports (including both passports if holding dual nationality) and a valid Vietnam visa (stamped or loose-leaf) during the tour.
• Guests must follow the tour itinerary and are not permitted to separate from the group unless approved in advance, with applicable additional costs.
• Guests aged 70 and above are required to present a medical fitness certificate for overseas travel and must be accompanied by a healthy companion under 60 years old. A premium insurance upgrade is required.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to actual conditions (flight schedules, weather, transportation, etc.). Hotels will be confirmed officially 2–3 days prior to departure. During peak seasons, hotels may be located outside city centers but will still meet the program’s standard.
• Tour cancellation policies do not apply during public holidays and Lunar New Year. To cancel, guests must visit Saigontourist’s office in person with ID and payment receipt. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
• Saigontourist does not accept pregnant guests of 5 months or more on overseas tours.
• In cases of force majeure (weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations due to technical or weather conditions), Saigontourist will refund the tour price after deducting incurred service costs (e.g. visa fees) and bears no further liability.
• In the case of one adult traveling with one child (under 12), the child must be booked at the rate including a separate bed.
• If the minimum group size (15 guests) is not met due to force majeure, Saigontourist will notify guests of a revised tour price.

• Cancellation/change after deposit: deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation/change from 30 days to before 14 days prior to departure: 90% of tour price applies.
• Cancellation/change from 14 days to within 24 hours before departure: 100% of tour price applies.
