  • Night Before Departure . HO CHI MINH CITY – OSAKA - Tour with guide

    Meet at Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your overnight flight VN320 (00:20 – 07:20) to Osaka. Light meals served on board.

  • DAY 1 . OSAKA (L, D) - Tour with guide

    Arrive at Kansai International Airport at 07:00. Begin the day with a visit to Expo ’70 Commemorative Park, the former venue of the Osaka World Expo 1970 and a symbol of Japan’s period of rapid economic growth. The park is also renowned as one of the “Top 100 Cherry Blossom Viewing Spots in Japan.” Enjoy a premium lunch featuring the famous Japanese Wagyu beef. Continue with a photo stop at Osaka Castle (outside view), a scenic landmark where magnificent architecture blends harmoniously with lush natural surroundings. In the evening, delight in a captivating Geisha Show, offering an authentic glimpse into traditional Japanese arts and culture. Overnight in Osaka.

  • DAY 2 . OSAKA - KYOTO - NAGOYA (B, L, D) - Tour with guide

    Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, check out and depart for Kyoto. Enjoy cherry blossom viewing along the iconic Philosopher’s Path, a scenic walking trail of approximately 2 km running alongside a canal, lined with over 500 cherry blossom trees that create a truly poetic atmosphere. Visit the renowned Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), beautifully reflected on the surface of its tranquil pond. Continue to Nagoya. If time permits, enjoy free time for shopping at AEON Mall Nagoya. Overnight in Nagoya.

  • DAY 3 . NAGOYA – MOUNT FUJI (B, L, D) - Tour with guide

    Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, check out and experience a ride on the famous Shinkansen bullet train, a symbol of Japan’s advanced technology. Visit a seasonal fruit garden to taste fresh fruits and purchase local specialties as gifts. Proceed to Mt. Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting) for sightseeing and photography at Japan’s most iconic landmark and highest peak (3,776 m). Continue to Oshino Hakkai Village, known for its peaceful scenery, traditional houses, unique local delicacies, and stunning views of Mt. Fuji from within the village. Overnight in the Mt. Fuji area

  • DAY 4 . MOUNT FUJI - TOKYO (B, L, D) - Tour with guide

    Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, check out and travel to Tokyo. Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple (Senso-ji), one of the city’s oldest and most famous temples. Stop for photos at Sumida Park, offering picturesque views along the river. Enjoy a photo stop outside the Imperial Palace, the residence of Japan’s Imperial Family. If time allows, enjoy free time for shopping at AEON Mall Narita. Overnight at a local 4-star hotel in Tokyo.

  • DAY 5 . TOKYO - HO CHI MINH CITY (B) - Tour with guide

    Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, check out and transfer to the airport for departure on Vietnam Airlines flight VN307 (09:30 – 13:25) to Ho Chi Minh City.

  • Accommodation: 4 nights in local 3‑star hotels + 1 night in a 4‑star hotel (twin room or Japanese‑style tatami room, two guests per room)
  • Meals and entrance fees to all sights listed in the program.

  • Saigontourist travel gifts (rolling bag, umbrella, hat, etc.) and VAT.

* Tour exclusive

  • English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide
  • Passport issuance fee and Vietnam re‑entry visa for non‑Vietnamese passport holders.
  • Personal beverages (beer, spirits during meals), phone calls, laundry, and excess baggage per airline rules
  • Medication, medical treatment, and any other personal expenses not specified in the program
  • Tips for guide and driver: 140,000 VND per person per day.
  • Any costs arising from COVID‑19 quarantine or treatment, including testing, isolation, transportation, meals, and medical fees not covered by the travel insurance.

Important Notes

  • As per the latest regulations by the Japanese Consulate, if you cancel the trip after your visa is issued, Saigontourist is required to report your visa cancellation to the consulate.
  • In case of a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case during the tour, guests must comply with local isolation and treatment protocols, and cooperate with Saigontourist and local health authorities.
  • Guests are required to stay with the group and follow the full itinerary. If you wish to leave the group, please inform our consultants at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.
  • Foreign passport holders or overseas Vietnamese must bring all passports (if holding dual nationality) and valid Vietnam visa (either stamped or separate document) for the tour.
  • Guests aged 70 and above must present a medical certificate confirming fitness for international travel and be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60 years old. Guests in this age group must also purchase premium travel insurance (cost varies by tour).
  • Itinerary and accommodations may be adjusted based on flight schedules and hotel availability. Exact arrangements will be confirmed at the pre-departure meeting (2–3 days prior).
  • Flower viewing locations are subject to seasonal changes and weather conditions, which may affect bloom times. Saigontourist appreciates your understanding in such unavoidable circumstances.
  • During peak travel seasons in Japan, hotel accommodations may be outside the city center but will meet the tour’s quality standards.
  • If the final 4-star hotel (last night) is not available, Saigontourist may upgrade to another 4-star hotel in Tokyo or Osaka.
  • To cancel a tour after payment, guests must visit Saigontourist’s office in person at 45 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City with ID and payment receipt. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
  • Saigontourist does not accept pregnant travelers (5 months or more) for international tours.
  • In case of force majeure (e.g. weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, war, flight delays/cancellations, epidemics), if the tour cannot continue, Saigontourist will refund the remaining balance after deducting used service costs (visa, hotel, meals, air tickets, etc.), and will not be responsible for any further compensation.
  • If one adult travels with one child under 12, the child must pay the tour rate with a separate bed.
  • If the group size is fewer than 15 guests, the tour may be rescheduled or 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

(Not applicable for promotional tours or departures during public holidays and Tet)
Cancellations are calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays):

  • More than 40 working days before departure: No charge.
  • 30 working days before departure: 50% of deposit will be charged.
  • 25–29 working days: Full deposit is non-refundable.
  • 15–24 working days: 75% of total tour price will be charged.
  • 10–14 working days: 90% of total tour price will be charged.
  • Less than 10 working days: 100% of total tour price will be charged.
  • After visa is issued: Tour deposit is non-refundable.
  • If the Japanese Consulate refuses the visa, a visa handling fee of 3,000,000 VND will be applied.
