• English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide
• Passport issuance fees and Vietnam re-entry visa fees for foreign passport holders.
• Beverages (beer, spirits, etc.) during meals; telephone, laundry, and excess baggage charges as regulated by airlines.
• Tips for tour guide and driver: VND 120,000 per guest per day.
• Medical expenses, hospital fees, and other personal expenses not mentioned in the program.

Important Notes

• In case of suspected or confirmed Covid-19 cases within the group, guests must comply with quarantine and treatment regulations of the destination country and cooperate with Saigontourist and local health authorities.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese must carry all passports (including dual passports, if applicable) and a valid Vietnam visa during the tour.
• Guests must follow the itinerary and are not allowed to separate from the group. Any request to split from the group must be informed at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
• Guests aged 70 and above must provide a medical fitness certificate and be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old. Additional premium travel insurance is required.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to flight schedules or actual conditions. Hotels in Thailand will be confirmed 2–3 days prior to departure. During peak seasons, hotels may be located outside city centers but will meet the stated standards.
• Tour cancellation must be processed in person at Saigontourist Office (45 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). Cancellation by phone is not accepted.
• Pregnant guests of 5 months or more are not accepted on outbound tours.
• In cases of force majeure (weather, natural disasters, strikes, unrest, war, epidemics, flight delays/cancellations, etc.), Saigontourist will refund the tour price after deducting non-refundable service costs (visa fees, restaurants, hotels, air tickets, etc.) and will not be liable for additional compensation.
• Single room requests are subject to a single supplement.
• If one adult travels with one child under 12, the child must be booked at the extra-bed rate.
• If the group does not reach the minimum of 10 guests, Saigontourist reserves the right to reschedule the departure or refund 100% of the amount paid.
• Guests are advised to carefully read the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms before booking. If booking through a third party, guests are responsible for understanding all tour details.

• Cancellation or change after deposit: deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation/change from 30 to 14 working days before departure: 90% of tour price will be charged.
• Cancellation/change from 14 working days to 24 hours before departure: 100% of tour price will be charged.
