• Saigontourist tour leader throughout the journey and local guides.
• Saigontourist gifts (backpack, neck pillow, cap, etc.) and VAT.

• English-speaking tour guide service, including airfare and hotel expenses for the guide
• Passport issuance fees and Vietnam re-entry visa fees for foreign passport holders.
• Beverages (beer, spirits, etc.) during meals; telephone, laundry, and excess baggage charges as regulated by airlines.
• Tips for tour guide and driver: VND 120,000 per guest per day.
• Medical expenses, hospital fees, and other personal expenses not mentioned in the program.

Important Notes

• In case of suspected or confirmed Covid-19 cases within the group, guests must comply with local regulations for quarantine and treatment and cooperate with Saigontourist and local authorities for testing, isolation, and medical procedures.
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Foreign guests or overseas Vietnamese are required to carry all valid passports (including both passports if holding dual nationality) and a valid Vietnam visa (sticker or loose-leaf) during the tour.
• Guests must follow the group itinerary and are not allowed to separate from the group without prior approval. Any request to leave the group must be informed at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
• Guests aged 70 and above must provide a medical certificate confirming fitness for overseas travel and be accompanied by a family member under 60 years old in good health. Additional premium travel insurance is required (surcharge applies).
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to flight schedules. Hotels in Thailand will be officially confirmed during the pre-departure meeting, 2–3 days before departure. Sightseeing order may change. During peak seasons, hotels may be located outside the city center but will meet the committed standards.
• Tour cancellation requests must be made in person at Saigontourist Office (45 Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) with valid ID and payment receipt. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
• Saigontourist does not accept pregnant guests of 5 months or more on outbound international tours.
• In cases of force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations due to technical issues, etc.), if the tour cannot continue, Saigontourist will refund the remaining amount after deducting incurred service costs (visa fees, hotel, restaurant, airfare, etc.) and will not be responsible for any further compensation.
• Single room requests are subject to a single supplement surcharge.
• In case of 01 adult traveling with 01 child under 12, the child must be booked at the rate with a separate bed.
• If the group does not reach the minimum of 10 guests, guests may change to another departure date or receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
• Upon booking, guests are advised to carefully review the itinerary, tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation conditions. If the booking is made through a third party, guests are responsible for obtaining full tour details from the booking person.

• After deposit payment, cancellations or tour changes are non-refundable.
• Cancellation/change from 30 to 14 working days before departure: 90% of tour price will be charged.
• Cancellation/change from 24 hours to 14 working days before departure: 100% of tour price will be charged.
