Saigontourist Travel Service Company has been designated by the People's Committee of Kien Giang province, home to Phu Quoc, as a main tour operator to pilot welcoming international visitors to the island from November 2021 under vaccine passport program. It's a significant step towards resuming tourism industry in Vietnam.
With careful preparation, planning many months in advance and closely cooperation on services with local partners, Saigontourist Travel Service Company is now ready to organize and welcome the first international tourists to visit Phu Quoc though Charter flights and on Package tours after nearly two years of closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic; kicking off the upcoming tourist season at the end of this year and 2022 when Vietnam has brought the epidemic under control.
Accompanying with this important event of both Kien Giang province and the country, Saigontourist Travel Service Company has mobilized human resources, selected the company's good tour guides to serve foreign guests. Saigontourist Travel Service is proud to be a connector to introduce the beautiful image of Phu Quoc to international tourists with attractive and quality products and itineraries.
Kien Giang is one of five localities to get the green light from the government to welcome back fully vaccinated international tourists from November onwards along with Quang Nam, Khanh Hoa, Quang Ninh, and Da Nang.
