  • 25/06/2020

Quy Nhon in the Binh Dinh Province, along with Da Nang and Nha Trang, is recognized as one of three tourism hubs in the south central coastal region of Vietnam.

The town is blessed with a 42 km long coastline, varied topography including mountains , forests, salt marshes, plains, lagoons, lakes , rivers, peninsulas, and islands, plentiful seafood and natural resources.

Quy Nhon is home to many more places worth visiting, such as Kho Island, Cu Lao Xanh, also known as Van Phi Island, the safari park, the fishing village of Hai Minh and the Phuong Mai sand dunes. If you have more time or want your plans changed, why not check them out?

Day 1: Quy Nhon – Twin Tower-Ghenh Rang-Tien Sa

Make your way to the Twin Tower, a legacy of the Cham people in central Vietnam lying on Tran Hung Dao Street about 3 km from the city center, for a trip-around-town.

Travel 9 km to Ghenh Rang-Tien Sa Tourism Area when you've taken in some ancient culture, and don't forget to take a dip at Hoang Hau Beach where you can get a foot massage by walking along the thousands of round, smooth rocks.

Chill out at night at the Xuan Dieu Beach Surf Stand.

Day 2: Ky Co-Eo Gio

At the moment Eo Gio and Ky Co are the top beach destinations in Quy Nhon. From downtown, drive 22 km towards Thi Nai Bridge and you'll arrive at Eo Gio Beach where it costs VND 25,000 ($1) to enjoy the smooth sands. Get lost and set your mind free in the cool fresh air and the mountain and cliff ranges. A little advice: don't bathe here, because the waves are strong; save your Ky Co Beach swimsuits.

With its crystal-clear blue water, calm sea, smooth yellow sand and pristine condition, Ky Co promises to enchant you!   Do not expect any tourism services here apart from a restaurant where you can take a shower and change yourself.

Day 3: Camping Trung Luong-Quy Nhon Town

Hidden by the beach in a small valley, Trung Luong Camping Site is only 10 kilometers away from Ky Co, so after a day at the beach, you should move here for the evening and spend the night saving time and effort. Just don't fall asleep because there's plenty of time to sit around the campfire.Get warm and muddy on the beach for the next day with water sports and treat your tastebuds at a nearby restaurant with more new seafood before packing up and going back to Quy Nhon in the afternoon.

Once you're back in town, you can either go back to the beach or relax in your house, but don't miss the seafood market and food streets.

Day 4: Shopping-End trip

Quy Nhon Markets sell all local specialties. Sweet and spicy squid, fermented pork rolls, rice paper cakes, a sweet sticky cake wrapped in leaves and Bau Da wine are among them.

During February and August are the perfect time to visit Quy Nhon.
