JOG & SUP-SPA

This unique adventure combines jogging, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and a luxurious spa session, perfect for both locals and tourists.

ITINERARY

Start 06:30 – 12:30

06:30 AM: Pick up at Saigontourist office (102 Nguyen Hue)

06:45: Start a short jogging (1-1,5 km) to cross Ba Son bridge to the Saigon riverside park in district 2 to enjoy fresh air.

07:15:Enjoy breakfast with the banh mi by Saigon Riverside Park

Then car pick up and drive to the Water Sports base camp of Thu Duc

08:00: Our instructor will provide waterproof bag, SUP (Stand-Up Paddle) boards and paddles. Then we would have a brief instructions about safety and paddle technic before starting

08:20: Start paddling from the dock to break point (1 km).

09:00 : Guests will  take a break

09:15: Paddle back to the dock (1 km).

10:00 : Guests arrive the dock, then you can wash up and take a rest.

Then car will pick up and bound the Health Spa for relaxing (75 minutes massage).

You may take a light lunch buffet  including tea, water, eggs, corn, banana...

12:00: Car pick up and drive back to departure point.

12:30: Service team bids farewell. End of service
